Swiss WorldCargo opens Zurich-Seoul route

Swiss WorldCargo has launched a new route between Zurich in Switzerland and Seoul, South Korea, to be served by SWISS and Swiss WorldCargo using SWISS' A340 passenger flights.

South Korea’s economic landscape is rapidly evolving, with Seoul itself a central hub for electronics and other high-tech products.

Electronics being transported by air include products including consumer electronics like smartphones and laptops and sophisticated IT equipment and other components.

Although electronics plays a significant role in Seoul's air freight landscape, Swiss WorldCargo anticipates facilitating the transportation of a wide range of goods from Seoul to central Europe and vice versa, going beyond electronics to encompass everything from general cargo to high-value shipments.
