Airlander 10 finds a UK base

Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV) has chosen a 50 hectare site in Doncaster, UK to produce its Airlander 10 airship, which will be capable of carrying 100 passengers or 10 tonnes of payload.


As well as production, the facility will also provide testing and certification operations for up to 24 of the aircraft per year.

Its first airship is planned to enter service from 2028 with launch airline customer Nostrum.
