Siemens to move airports HQ to Dubai

Europe's Siemens will move its global headquarters for airports, cargo and ports logistics from Germany to Dubai after Expo 2020, using buildings on the Expo site from April 2021.
“If you look at Dubai and Abu Dhabi, they have some of the biggest and most advanced airlines, airports and ports and are politically stable,” Joe Kaeser, ceo of Siemens, told Gulf media.

For Expo 2020, Kaeser said Siemens will manage the entire commercial platform.

Siemens says it invests almost US$6.5 billion on research and development each year.
