China Southern Cargo Airlines has confirmed it will gradually expand coverage of its airside tracking system, which is based primarily on bar-code technology.

The system already covers processes in cargo and mail, with the cargo information instantly trackable, improving the efficiency of the carrier's ground operation "by at least 10 per cent”, the carrier claims.
